We don’t transform organizations. We evolve them, together.

We believe culture change is not a top-down mandate or a one-time training. It’s a co-created journey, shaped by empathy, experimentation, and a commitment to shared growth.

We partner with bold, curious leaders ready to build organizations rooted in care, clarity, and collective momentum. Our work blends narrative, strategy, and systems design to evolve how we work, lead, and relate starting from the inside out.

OUR MISSION

To co-evolve organizations into thriving ecosystems of empathy, resilience, and collective care where people feel seen, systems are sustainable, and culture is created with, not for.

OUR VISION

We envision a future where work is grounded in mutual care, emotional intelligence, and shared power, where organizations are not machines to be optimized, but living systems to be nurtured. Through participatory change, story-driven strategy, and leadership rooted in empathy, we help shape cultures that are not only functional, but essential and lovable.

About the Culture Shift Studio

We listen deeply.

We surface what’s unsaid through story, strategy, and systems insight, making the invisible visible across your organization.

We co-create with care.

Our process is participatory, trauma-informed, and human-centered, designed to build trust while solving real challenges.

We build what lasts.

Instead of one-off solutions, we embed new habits, rituals, and mindsets that support long-term cultural evolution.

OUr Belief

Small shifts create lasting change.

Culture evolves when people are empowered to shape it.

Trust is the Foundation

We believe culture change only happens at the speed of trust. We build relationships through honesty, consistency, and care because without trust, nothing meaningful can grow.

We Design for Humanity

People aren’t assets or resources, they’re humans. We center emotional intelligence, trauma-awareness, and psychological safety in all our work, honoring the full experience of being human at work.

Change is Co-Created

We don’t drop in with the answers. We partner with people to design solutions with them, not for them. Change sticks when it’s built from within.

Culture is a Practice, Not a Policy

We don’t do performative change. We help leaders embed values into behaviors, rituals, systems, and daily decisions so culture becomes a living practice, not a slide deck.

Reflection Before Reaction

Start Where You Are, Grow From There

We believe in slowing down to notice, reflect, and ask better questions so we can respond with clarity instead of reacting from urgency or fear. Insight leads to impact.

We meet people and organizations where they are—without shame, blame, or jargon. We make the work accessible, sustainable, and rooted in progress over perfection.

Evolving Work, Together.

We believe the future of work must be co-designed, inclusive, and emotionally sustainable. Our job is to help you build a workplace that feels more human, resilient, and aligned with your purpose.

Core Values

Meet Amy J. Wilson

Founder, Culture Strategist, Empathy Architect

Amy J. Wilson has spent the past 20 years at the intersection of innovation, emotional intelligence, and systems change. A former Presidential Innovation Fellow, she has helped shape future-of-work strategies inside federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and mission-driven startups alike. Her superpower lies in helping teams surface what’s under the surface—bringing language to cultural tension, possibility to stuck systems, and care to every layer of organizational life.

Amy is the author of Empathy for Change and the founder of Culture Shift Studio, where she partners with leaders to evolve work from the inside out. Whether designing leadership labs, culture audits, or narrative-based transformation journeys, Amy guides organizations with equal parts structure and soul. Her approach blends participatory design, trauma-informed facilitation, and the belief that culture change doesn’t happen through mandates—but through movements.

She’s known for helping teams shift from burnout to belonging, from confusion to clarity, and from performative change to meaningful progress.
